Because nobody eats, drinks, houses, clothes Facebook. It is a "thing" that nobody needs and nobody wants.

so the biggest trick when listing your publicly traded company on the new york stock exchange - and not even zuckerberg knows this - is to demonstrate a recent history of growth and success.
the good news for meta is that meta/facebook will probably never demonstrate growth and success ever again. wait, did I say good news? lol I meant really bad news.

people are moving to twitter, that is less time spent on facebook
