They just are not sure how many other people they will attribute to the sale of fiber and small cell.

Doesn't take a genius to realize they have to offset the 7 billion loss from the 15 billion they invested in buying all those fiber companies. Of course there is going to be layoffs. Towers folks are not safe at all just because CC sold fiber and SC. The only “safe” positions are the ones going with EQT portion of the sale.
