17 for me. I feel the best years with UHG are in the past. This is no longer a company I would have a desire to work for any length of time as it is now. So much has changed over the last few years. Glad it's behind me now. I feel for those that are remaining or hanging on by a thread. Corporate greed has totally ruined what used to be a reputable company to work for that actually put members first. I feel for the members and I truly believe it's only a matter of time, once offshoring has completed, they will go out of business within 5 years. American seniors deserve better service. I pray they will still have access to find it somewhere else.
@1bg+1jt5yw5rf I'm so sorry. What a horrible send off.. If you want to come back, I hope they call you.. If not, tell them to F off and thank them for the "gift".. :-)
25 got laid off on my anniversary 04/23/25

32 but was laid off in November 2024.

20 years. I think a lot of tribal knowledge will have been lost with these exits
This makes me sad to see so many with the expertise, experience and longevity gone
