BNY will soon realize we dont need so many scrum masters and train engineers. Technical program managers are so versatile and manage so much that even JPMC and other banks are hiring them at high levels. Naturally BNY is always 5 years behind so we will have to wait but these platform roles wont last.

You mean deck preparers and talkers? The people who don’t do any real work? What use are they?
This is a foolish bank. The train engineers in my platform are sad replacements for program managers.
Redpill me on what Program Managers do.
