I haven’t heard any talks about there being changes. It’s all just speculation at this point.

He has not made the personnel or strategic changes that need to be made, Yet.
But that doesn’t mean he’s not going to make them. Big changes require some time to get your ducks in a row.

There’s changes happening, significant but it’s just starting. Think August / September timeframe. How deep the cuts go depend on how long the tariffs ride. It’s a layoff and reorganization combo into one major one. Probably CDO level impacts (~2000 world wide)

Just because he didn’t make the changes that you want personally then he is not doing his job? The guy has a lot to fix. It’s going to take time. Don’t act like you could do better.
