Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Is the Presence report no longer being updated?

What’s the deal? They will use this report to fire people yet they haven’t updated this since last week.

“We did not have mandatory 3 days in office in October? So what are they looking to find?”
Metrivs from last fall show employees who have been going above and beyond and deserve to be ranked higher. Employees need to stop thinking about only meeting minimum requirements.

Only seeing back to 1/5. Entry times are getting closer to reality. Exits are still a $h!t show. I guess the monkey went and ran it from the zoo.

This company wants you to be scared and uncertain about your next paycheck as a means to get you to leave without having to pay severance. Just another tactic in their arsenal!

Just now showing Oct 24 data in May 25? Further evidence this company and its executive leadership is a clown show.

Tired of the games. First the roughly 45 minutes per day reduction retroactive back to January. Now the integration of data back to October which includes many zero hour days, at a time when most employees weren't even subject to the 8 hrs rule in 2024. Keep changing the data until you get enough people under the current mandate and fire them for violations of COBC.

“ It’s updated now and it has historical data as well , from Oct 2024.
So brace yourselves”

As if we are going to remember what happened 7 months ago!

Why would they take the time to include data back to Oct 2024. My data only started to report correct time in March. HR told my supervisor that January was inaccurate, so of course my 2024 time is inaccurate as well. I have been keeping records and pictures proving my time in office for 2025, but I did not do the same in 2024 so I can’t prove I was in the office.

This report is a pure sh-t show. It's not rocket science to build an accurate one.. But these people are over analyzing this with too many data points they are failing to produce one that refreshes well or close to accurate.. what a waste of time

Adding old data is wild. It’s also incredibly wrong. Not surprising.

The current data is wrong so why would one think the older data is more accurate. The only issue is there isn’t data to refute the older incorrect data.

Interestingly, confirmed with supervisor this AM that they CAN now see my data from last week (neither of us could previously) , while as of this post I still cannot. For whatever thats worth.

And only supervisory or HR employees can actually open a trouble ticket with HR Ticketing System. We are a bunch of clowns aren’t we.

And naturally, the report owner is out on PTO today so no one is actually trying to update it.

Looks like the 4-30 update hosed. They put a message in the News & Alerts section saying:

4/30/2025: Dashboard refresh for today will start later in the afternoon. Please check back later.

Guess the check back later part was accurate, LOL.

Currently only shows data through 4/24.

No need to worry about the report. Just be at the right place at the right time at the right location.
