Don't think anyone has disrespect towards any boomers.

A lot of them are genuinely trying to help the new generation by empowering them to do things so they're successful in the firm (speaking from personal experiences).

But I agree, there's also quite a few who are weirdly insecure and prefer sitting on information so they continue to feel "valuable".

It's always amusing to hear imbeciles mock the generation that built the internet that they're using to insult us. Boomers and GenX learned to thrive before Google, hustle before apps and solve problems without broadcasting them. You mock what you don't understand - that is until you need a job reference, a cosigner or someone who knows how to function without a tutorial.
