Hello!
After the Call today thought I'd put some fun info out there, especially for the Bootlickers/Horse Blinder USB worshippers that would miss the birth of their first born child so you can meet a deadline.
- CEOs are not your friend. From what I've read this CEO is following the same script of all the other Bank CEOs to gain favor with them, Wallstreet, and the current administration.
- The tone-deaf attitude is a bit alarming but expected. CEOs care about stock price and the Board, not you. The CEO knows that you, random worker, needs them. They just need to keep you happy/complacent enough to not quit/find a new job/ or make you think there's no other jobs out there.
- CEOs are out of touch with what the regular worker goes through. They don't care about RTO because they can work wherever. They don't have to budget for gas, car repairs, transit, etc. "We all have the same 24 hours in a day" is Bullsh-t, not when taking the train/bus adds 60-90 minutes to a 30-45 minute commute.
- CEOs want RTO so that they and middle managers who've given up on anything else, can feel some power. They spent a sh-t ton on office space and want an excuse to use it. Sprinkle in "Were doing our part to revitalize downtown" story and you have the same script all the other Big Banks have used.
- CEOs true character comes out with unscripted comments. Being "Selfish" asking about RTO truly shows that she has 0 connection to the daily stresses we all face.
She doesn't have to worry about a sudden illness making her or her family bankrupt, having coworkers donate PTO/Sick time because you get in an accident.
She is not even on the same planet as us.
You are closer to being homeless than a CEO. Bootlickers, I envy your ignorance, I wish I could view the workplace through rose colored lenses you have 😂
