Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Applies to most of upper management

In most cases you shouldn’t worry about the feedback/criticism they provide. The reality is most of them are people that you would never ask for their advice on anything. I mean just look at the vast majority of them. They can barely manage themselves. It is embarrassing how low the leadership bar has dropped.

Worst advice ever. You’re clearly a level 1 or lower.

Your manager holds the key to your entire career. If they don’t like you, you’re not going anywhere. Which is how I know you’re a level 1 or lower.

Your entire purpose of being here is no make your boss look good to his boss. That’s it.

I will continue to make unfounded negative generalizations about leadership until I get my way. I am not unlike a 3 yr old throwing a tantrum.

The same thought applies to most lower management, too.
