Does anyone have knowledge of more layoffs coming for Home and Community? It seems we are getting closer to having all of the SICC role/Care Coordinator role shipped overseas or automated.

Spoke with an individual this past week who is employed by Optum along with his parents - one which is higher up and voiced there are things happening in July. Some bad/some not bad - some change of titles in addition to cuts in staff. Voiced "start using your pto"

They are on the phones with more than just the members
I wouldn’t put it past them to have AI asking members if they have been SA’d and all those other personal questions Care Navigators ask members all day long. The members would never stay on the phone long enough for AI to even get to the first question anyway.
That sounds like team with no skills needed and can be easily replaced by AI.
