Whining About RTO is Being Naive About the Economic Winter

Layoffs during an election year do not occur until after the election. As soon as the elections are over, then we see industry-wide job losses announced week after week.

To sit here and make up a phony grievance about the return to work, spare us. Be thankful you will have work to return to when the hammer really drops after the election.

No one is wHiNiNg AbOuT rTo, loser. We all hate it and are expressing it to bring on a demanded change. Let me guess, you’re one of the struggling micromanagers who can’t oversee their staff and breathe down their necks?

And if you think they won’t pause at laying you off anyway, in office or not, if their fortunes change for the negative, you are incredibly naive.

No one is whining. Everything is expensive and RTO is just adding more expenses. Most of us are not well off.

The timing of RTO is pretty bad considering how expensive everything has gotten.

"Make up a phony grievance" = "this doesn't impact me and my capacity for empathy is non-existent so I can't understand or care about how this negatively impacts other people."
