Manager survey

My boss is a credit taking, politics playing and trade ignorant dead weight, yet I picked highest ratings on all of the questions. Why? She has only two reports and the other one is a brownnoser.

If Fidelity want true opinions, do more about the anonymity of the reviews:

  • Our A# should not be collected
  • Review results should not be made known to the reviewed. Otherwise they may reverse engineering and retaliate the reviewer.

If there are less than 3 responses from employees than the numbers aren’t sent to the manager. They’re rolled up to their managers numbers

Retaliation is a big problem with managers. I have a hard time believing their managers are clueless, I just think the firm doesn’t care about associates. HR keeps showing us that.

Never let them know you're upset, sad, frustrated, angry, have anxiety due to do many org changes, flash calls every other week.

The sad part is your manager knows you're frustrated but will keep doing same behavior until you reach the breaking point.
And when you do, you're not what these managers call as "non team player"

Believe it or not, that's how these managers operate.

I can't be honest and it su-ks because nothing will change and things will continue to su-k. However, if I say something, there will be an inquisition and retaliation and it will be way worse.

It's all part of what you call show trial.

Showing new leadership group appointed how "happy" associates are with their managers.
My manager had no clue how much work I did last year as he was never in the picture, any calls.

Of course you still can bash your manager all you want, then be ready to have that action impact your bonus, pay etc etc

If Fidelity really "cared" about associate feedback, they would have brought back pulse survey.
