Is there a way to know which areas will be targeted? Or will this be a company-wide thing?

I know someone in HR, who is involved. Its going to be a bloodbath i was told. Its not going to be the same for every OU, or department, but essentially each department will be given a target percentage by which to reduce their department by. Best of luck to all!
