So what is the deal with the company blaming downstream over and over but making no changes to the refinery leadership teams?? The same refinery managers and their leadership team buddies still in play after years of bi--hing about their performance. I’d hardly call them leaders. More like operators that helped their buddies and neighbors get on a better schedule. No qualifications for the job. Flying by seat of pants until their next vacation and laughing all the way to the bank. If zimpfy was smart he’d make a lot of changes ASAP.

From the data that I see a handful of FTEs in the US yesterday. But the data is incomplete and ironically the majority of the team I’d call to refresh the data got let go yesterday.
