They really showed how anti-employee the "unlimited" vacation is with immediate furloughs in 2017 and have aggressively handed down furloughs since to improve the bottom line and torpedo employee morale.
Not a rumor. Received the email Monday. You must be in a different division.
Who comes up with these rumours anyway? I have not heard of this.
Good love this Corp send out the email a few weeks ago about cost management, follow it up with how great Q3 was, then oh yea by the way we did good but you guys we can’t pay ya for a week we need more.
In SPS SST they said definitely only one week furlough. In less than a month they gave us two weeks!! Now they are asking for voluntary RIF just before Christmas. We have already lost the best brains and are hopelessly under resourced, at what point does it all collapse?
Yes, they will give you no Quarter as the Beatings will continue until morale improves & then they will Raise you up the yardarm!
