All this hostility makes my eyes rain. Guess who?
Messed up this week also and can not put in a ticket if you are trending at 8 hours. Well if they continue to mess up and are not reporting all hours then we will be under hours soon if this continues. Days are missing in April, checking out hours showing incorrectly and Infor hours not reconciled. They have had months to get a handle on the reports but are still incorrect consistently.

They are designed to give you the worst look possible so they can then use that report and compliance percentage to fire you.
Let’s say you sign in at 8 o’clock exactly Monday through Friday. Monday through Thursday, you leave at 4:14. Friday you leave at 3:59. The report will round you down to the nearest 15mins and show that you worked less than 40 hours that week even though you worked more than 40 hours. How are you going to use that to fire someone and dispute their inevitable unemployment claim?

If you see the app owner name and the team, there is only one Indian person in that team, and it’s totally coded here and led by a director who pulled some strings and not had to move Dallas or Atlanta and kept the office in Michigan.

Whoever thinks working 6 hours and leaving at three won’t get you fired, think again. And it doesn’t matter how many hours you work from home that day.

Don’t be a simpleton. The reports aren’t accurate. They are loving the complaints because it accomplishes their goal, which is to make you self police yourself. It makes you become your own warden and task master, fearing repercussions for non compliance.
Nobody is getting fired for working only 6 hours and leaving at 3. This place is a bunch of d-mb, narcissistic, dimwit c-suite wannabes, that are bored and just like to mess with our minds for sport. Doesn’t work for me. Whenever they pull my strings, they break. Whenever they blow a whistle, I put headphones on. F them all.

Will the reports ever be accurate? smh They don't even round time consistently, so I'm guessing not. pathetic.
