I am totally disappointed. Hybrid requires frequent changes to daily habits but it suits me and that's why I applied here. What are the options for us who are employed under these conditions if the company eventually forces us to be in the office for a mandatory 5 days a week - except to agree or leave?

Yeah they really screwed the analysts on this. Hope they enjoy reaping what they sowed when everyone leaves in 2 years with all the training. I wonder if management wonders why so few people ask questions during the analyst program calls. Surely it's not because they already obliterated any excitement the analysts had about the company, right?
Unfortunately it is agree, leave or get fired for cause for not complying.
