They had a meeting a month ago saying they the gear line transition to HCMO won't be complete until at least summer 2023. Many machines have already been taken out of the 103 building and sent to Mexico, but I heard a rumor that those machines haven't even been hooked up and made operational there yet. Also, all of the military parts cannot be manufactured in Mexico, and Honeywell has been unable to find reliable US vendors to completely take over the manufacturing. So ultimately, they may be forced to keep a small cell in place to make gears for military applications.
