How to plan your work week in 2 week sprints at JP Morgan Fargo -

Monday after a payday
Do nothing. You might be fired on Tuesday. Read some emails, complete some training, network with your best friend at work.
Tuesday after a payday
Are you still employed?
No - go for a walk, enjoy the sunshine. Everything will be fine.
Yes - make a list of all the people waiting on you for deliverables.
Wednesday after a payday-
Are you still employed?
No - sleep in, go for a walk, rejuvenate. Continue to repeat.
Yes - Are the people you owe deliverables to still employed?
No - cross those deliverables off your list.
Yes - this is your new deliverables list.
Next 7 business days- work on stuff.
Repeat.

This schedule should have time slotted to upskill yourself. If under 60 you need to prepare for life after layoff. You should be learning how to use AI what "good" work environments are and how to avoid them. how to position yourself, get hired etc.
