Do they vest RSU and EPSP while laying off or all is gone, if its not already vested?

It's a good racket, if they dump you before the vest then they pay severance with your own money.
The fun fact, for the majority of people, RSUs are vested on 05/15, and they are letting people go 2 days before; unless they are allowed to vest, it will be a whole bunch of lawsuits.
Employer portion of EPSP vests after 5 years of service. Check your benefits brochures for further details but before 5 years those employer contributions are not vested and will be taken away by big blue.
