There is a website like Glassdoor and Indeed called Comparably. Go to Comparably.com and look up Mutual of America, Empower, Voya and others. Currently, Mutual has a net promoter score of -77 NPS. Check it out for yourself. Mutual needs to hire an outside PR Firm to help rehab its image. HR should encourage employees to leave good reviews. It only helps the company. It seems like HR or marketing are not doing much to influence positive public opinion and that must change if the company is going to survive and growth.

Not always disgruntled employees, but some former loyal and satisfied ones who are saddened by what transpired after the Bill Flynn, Tom Moran era.
It seems you posted this for one of three reasons:
- You have good heart and want to see MOA improve, but you just can't think of a better way to pass on your ideas for improving MOA's image and NPS score than to post something on thelayoff.com to get your ideas to management.
- Your are vindictive towards MOA and you know that posting on thelayoff.com, where many terminated employees with a grudge against MOA linger, will direct more disgruntled people to Comparably where they can make MOA's image and NPS score worse.
- You work for Comparably and are trying to direct web-traffic there without regard to whether it will hurt or help MOA's image or NPS score.
