Anybody ever received the delta dental card? If I lost, can the dentist find my insurance information?

Fyi - Aetna transferred past claim info to Delta Dental. This means if yiur child had orthodonitic care with Aetna, that dollar amount is coumted against lifetime max/cap with Delta Dental. It is nice that they hide that fact from us in open season and dont disclose that on any of the brochures provided or on the webpage.

To the person who said no reputable dentist will accept Delta. You are wrong.
I've had several procedures this year and have had no issues with my coverage. And I don't go to a fly by night place.

Dont bother calling. They will say one will be sent and you will never receive it.
Just get the information off the website for your dentist. That's what I did. No problem.
Call and ask for another card, their customer service has been good.
