Roger I never liked your box dye job that’s shiny and leans way too warm. In retirement you can do a nice transition to gray.

Fidelity does not layoff people directly

First they change your manager so the new manager does not have any “emotional connection” if there’s any such thing in this company.

The decision is already been made, it’s just communicated to you by new manager.
