Has anyone else noticed they changed the PTO accumulation rate? It’s a whole lot slower to accumulate time now!

Our club has been doing no OT for months now so the possibility of accruing all your hours is next to impossible.
They Change it every year and sometimes twice a year
There is no way to get the max unless you work overtime
Yes, any way that this company can take advantage of us and steal from us, they will. I think it's horrible that they pay out our PTO that we have earned. I want the time off, not the money!!!! That's straight up stealing!!!!! And yes, PTO is now accumulating slower than molasses in the winter.
