My previous work was in an area where everything was onshore in the USA. Now, I am in an area where everything is overseas.
Wow. What a difference.
Project management and most VP slots are WW. They throw everything over the wall to offshore. They really have no clue. Fraud has gone up in direct correlation with the work being offshored. Yet, they can’t connect the “d o t s.”
The tech group is over staffed by at least 50%. This can’t last.
