I’m very concerned that the Diversity Reports have been taken down.

There are more important issues that are concerning.
Didn't know it even exists. How are Fidelity tech teams diversity metrics look like? A bit too diverse, like 100% minority for most of the teams?
Fido has been quietly getting away from diversity, inclusion and other equal opportunity aspects for a while now.
A lot of HR folks working as immigration experts were eliminated last fall itself, with more JL 5,6,7 expected to be cut this fall.
Don't let the rising who's who number fool y'all, they're hiring when quietly exploring temp workers and then brutally letting them go all of a sudden only to keep entitled ones who don't even bother to show up in the office.
