Just started on 60 days. So far, my read of docs from Cisive is murky on the following so any input welcome.
Rally dollars: get them locked up in the 60 days?
Vision benefits: get an eye exam and glasses in the 60 days.
Flex Commuter: you need to spend that money if you haven’t within 2 mos (?) after severance begins. Stop payroll deductions immediately as possible.
Flex Medical: not sure how soon I have to spend it/claim it
RSRs: continued vesting is addressed in the RSR description. But it’s confusing because it’s interleaved in a sentence starting off about change in control of the company. I think they continue to vest to maturity (?) but not 100% certain.
