Does anyone know the % that is going to be in each of the ranking buckets?

It varies between groups. Safety has to average 40 while Dev Planners average 60.

Also there is no requirement that anyone receive OWD. I have sat in ranking meetings where management discussed and decided to not give as many people OWD as was allowed to in their words not sillier how special OWD is. I told them all it was BS and why wouldn’t we do everything possible to reward and motivate our people. It didn’t go over well.
Same is not true for NSI. NSI Must be filled and it rounds up so depending on group size it may be more percentage than the number they quote because of math..
It is different between groups and locations. I can confirm that 100%.
Does this % fluctuate between groups? Or is this standard across the company?

OWD is 10-15% of the total but only from the O category
NSI 3-5% depending on the business line but from the NI category
