Have there been any hints about when we can expect to see the next big RA? I'm not asking about the usual small cuts that happen pretty much non-stop, just the next big thing.

@p3 Can you share what jobsite worked for you? Tough out here even with a lot of experience. LinkedIn and Indeed are flooded with job applicants.

I got laid off, not RTO related. Expert Labs US, band 9, Atlanta. 1 month notification, 3 months severance. To be frank makes sense due to the lack of work in Expert labs. Already gave another job lined up do glad to get the severance.

Typically RAs, happen in July after the 2Q results are announced to investors.
The preliminary date for the 2Q Earnings Announcement is July 23, 2025.

There is a push of people being put on PIPs now, this will avoid RAs
Each small one is a big one for the one employee telling his family it is over.
Probably after they force everyone back to office and to their new office locations (I.e Austin) then BO-M. Because they always plan for the employees’ best interest :)
There is one going on now. It’s not being called RA, it is being called RTO.
How about postponing the RA in May to coincide with the July 4 fireworks ?
