They won't be working for Fidelity if they were so smart to figure that out.
Basically the cuts will be if you're "liked" enough in the team, how presentable enough you are.
Can someone actually explain to me how they are using trackit for anything useful? Everyone seems to just copy paste week to week or use generic timing for everyday.
Fido management is sadistic.
How else are they going to find comfort if they don't torture their associates??
