Thread regarding IBM layoffs

The business of the BCGs (Business Condcut Guidelines) or lack thereof

Do you believe all the BS that is stated in the BCG materials about IBM not tolerating wrongdoing and not allowing retaliation for managers when reporting wrongdoing ? The leadership at IBM is corrupt, and despite what is said in those videos and education materials, HR is not your friend. They will tell you that you are in the wrong and it's your fault when you report wrongdoing by the IBM Management. That's one reason why the IBM Consulting Heads sends memos many times because they are aware of what is happening and they cannot stop human nature and retaliation. Even if you provide solid evidence of wrongdoing, Management will put you on a PIP and then you will be laid off. That is AI (All Indian) management from Alvind, Blob Thomas and Krabanaugh. IBM has no integrity, the best years are behind it. It's floundering and needs to be sunk with all corrupt executives on board.

There’s other internal guidelines that are will documented used in the past to provide the company a solid foundation to success, but now are ignored and only used as buzz words.

Lmao IBM BCG is equivalent to propaganda from North Korea who can’t think outside the box. You have to look out for yourself as there are no rules in business. Who cares about corruption as long as you benefit.

@am

Did anyone even question the travel of the VP ? Happens all the time @IBM, and not only in the corrupt CIO under Lyt**** ...no audits ever done, but leaders accept gifts, perks and bribes for so called "technical recommendations" from vendors and the like. There are simply NO business controls in place despite what the BCG videos and documents claim. IBM HR crooks under Alvind look the other way and are blind, deaf and d-mb when wrongdoing is reported. It's the AI (All Indians) way.

There’s a VP in CIO Network Engineering who accepted a trip to Italy, paid for by a vendor. Supposedly he was there to see one of the vendors customer sites and see how they used the products. But they have customers here in the US. Was a trip necessary? Seems more like a gift than a trip
