Old cr--ker stacker here, nice concept,
But they didn’t work, Our stores any left over stock, this was now your back stock.
Usually , one cart and no over stacking
It.

Empty carts, had to go outside, past receiving. Drivers had to pick up empty
Carts, which added time to their day.
At one point we had to inventory carts and let DM know how many we “found”
for pick up.

Any extra carts with stock-on it that wasn’t worked and cleaned up by next delivery , your load got bounced. People
did not want their back rooms tied up with our carts.

Anybody that’s been around for awhile know carts are the best for dsd , can roll out to floor easier , less strain on your back digging thru pallets , less damage from pallets , easier to organize and keep backstock clean , the guy that replied it doesn’t work is a mo--n..

Northeast has had them for years.
Helps a lot when delivered on carts.
Can't wait for the new ones to arrive.

We already tried that years ago and guess what? It didn't work then and it won't work again. Our carts became the store's carts, they would use them to organize their freezers and other backroom needs. The ones that weren't taken for store use would end up on the sides of people's houses and even at flea markets being used for personal use. This company, like the world never learns from past mistakes. They keep repeating them in hopes of reinventing the wheel with a cheaper less effective wheel. Then after the Einstein that came up with their new wheel version leaves the company with their tail tucked between their legs because they know it was a stupid plan from the get go anyway but are not about to take any responsibility for their stupidity. They instead will su---r another company into believing they revolutionized our company with their id--tic ideas and get hired there to spread their idiocy. Yup, I think that about sums up everything I've seen here, especially in the last few years.

Instead of 350 cases on a pallet now you will have them all a bunch of carts that you will still have to sort through and still will have a ton of backstock. Now, all the backstock will sit in the cart that won’t fit in bins and the stores will get pi---d.

Get ready for even more late deliveries. Check in will be time consuming. Frito's boxes are all the same size .
