2% increase or less will be reflected on the work output. You get what you pay for.
It true there will e a memory budget and promotions as usual. Don't listen to unfounded rumors. As for the benefits, two years in a town with No premiums increases! Great news!!
gosh, I'll surely miss that 2% raise that means absolutely nothing after taxes.
