Stay away from Truist! This place is a joke where leaders practice full blown cronyism/favoritism and cannot execute on the simplest objectives.
All the PMV talk is hollow, lacks any substance as most of the leaders do not live by them.
Stay away from this place if you care about your mental health and interested in growing your career.

Getting RIF'd was the best thing that happened to me. Found another job that's fully remote doing the same job at a comparable salary.

That is surprising, it has been my observation that bullying doesn't result in termination, but gets you a promotion for stepping up and showing initiative.

Bozo fired bc he was caught bullying an employee for no reason? That’s the rumor?
You Teammates can stop with these type post. No one cares anymore. All the good people have left of their own accord or been riffed. Employees left are drinking the purple purposel kool aid are simply drawing a paycheck.
Thanks for the insights have you been able to find a better place to work we should follow you to or you quiet quitting waiting to be RIF’d?
