Some leave very quickly, as soon as they see that they have no prospects at Intel, and some persistently stay here despite everything. Making complaints and venting is good, but it doesn't help.
Intel doesn't care what employees think, that should have been clear to everyone a long time ago. Sometimes I wonder what else needs to happen here for some long time sufferers to finally start seriously looking at other opportunities?
