@tbi. They don’t want experienced people because they have to pay them. They would rather have new people they can brainwash into not knowing what a sh!tshow it is there now with anyone who knows the business gone.

One of my teammates and I were! Mpls home mortgage campus, they claimed it was due to budget cuts, even though we are the two lowest paid employees on the team and everyone does the same work. A joke of a procedure for letting people go and little instruction.
