I couldn’t even get a call back from an HLA when I worked there as a UW, IN ORIGINATIONS! Wasn’t worth the crazy closing costs for the measly .25 rate discount. I went with the CU I transact with and saved a ton and got a much better rate.

Working in Chase Mortgage I would never put my loan through this sh-t show. Employees get .25 off the rate so you are only paying .75 more than going anywhere else instead of the full 1 percent more for regular customers
