If you're still unsure if you want to leave, ask yourself the following:
Are you underpaid?
Is your job stressing you out?
Do you work more than anybody around you but you're never recognized for it?
Do you hate the very thought of going into the office?
Are you bored with what you do?
If the answer to three out of these five is yes, ask yourself, what are you still doing here?

I speak for many when I say that I've been here for decades, and am just waiting out that last year until retirement.
If I was younger I wouldn't put up with this place. I'd already be gone.
Even with the yearly stripping down of benefits I am still making at least 20k more staying here than I could elsewhere if I chose to leave
We're creatures of habit. And we have families/kids that depend on us so we endure the suck so as to hopefully allow them to keep the normalcy they enjoy.
Hunting down 20 years here and I hate it sofa king bad.
period ahh period uhh
Gettin paid, gettin PAID!!!
Waiting for bonus and/or severance.
They are quiet firing me, I am quiet quitting. Still get paid 200k with bonus.
is this controlled opposition? some of us want that bonus before we bounce and are currently planning our escapes from another year of useless RTO when other companies want our talent and give us equipment to use from home, full time.
