These people are NOT doubling my workload because of lack of staffing. You want me in the office then you will have me from 730 am to 5:30 maybe 6:30 pm. I will no longer be 24/7 reachable. After hours issues someone else will need to deal with those.

I turned off Outlook notifications on my BYOD phone.
Stop this nonsense of working one single tick past 8 hours. Stop checking email and voicemail after hours and on weekends. Stop doing the jobs of 17 people. After everything you see happening around you, do not reward anybody above your pay grade for their horrendous, multiple, and ongoing failures to lead and plan accordingly.
Only doubled for you. I've had 4 other roles dumped on me. 45 and done is direction to take and "confirm" for time entry!!!!
8-n-skate is what I say. The work week stops after 45hrs. If I reach that on Wednesday or Thursday then I'm taking an extended weekend. Only doing the bare minimum for this clown of a CEO.
I worked on Sept so much extra hours on even every weekend. They laid me off in October. I haven't been paid for any extra hours that I have worked.

I work from 9-5 and eat lunch at my desk most days. That’s all I’m willing to give.
The sad thing is that many us have worked crazy long hoursbsobstopping at 5:30 is early.
