They know that their clientele won't pay of their card monthly and they get part of that interest charged. It's not rocket science...not only are they crooks and pay fines nonstop...they even became crooks in the credit card game. If they wanted to to a credit card that was good for their so called clientele...have a LOW interest rate. They will say just pay off your card every month and then don't worry. Well why have a high rate like it is if they say pay it off monthly....BECAUSE THEY KNOW their so called clientele WON'T pay it off.

Not surprising. Much of what Walgreens offers to customers and employees is cr-p.

The credit card has such bad benefits it's like so embarrassing. Like for a healthcare company it has like no healthcare focused benefits.

Not sure a turnaround is in the cards. There will be a lot of debt incurred in the Sycamore deal. Maybe gut what's left of Walgreens and sell it off in parts?

Insanity. Not sure how CC’s will make up 8 billion dollars in profit loss. They’re desperate. They gave up on retail long ago. Filling prescriptions is a money loser. Not sure how PE firm will turn them around?
