We’re too top heavy with low class managers. I don’t me poor, I mean the managers in my BU - they’re bad people. My skin feel like it’s crawling when I see my managers name pop up anywhere.

This. I for one was pushed out by my insecure L8 boss to another team. My new L8 boss leaves me alone and let me do my thing but she still contributes nothing : ( Both need to go.
L8+ roles are largely ineffective. Many L8s are outdated and should be phased out. They lack expertise in both technology and business, instead they excel in fostering a toxic, self-preserving culture. They resist innovation and view competent individuals as threats, systematically undermining talented employees with low ratings to curtail their growth

The managers are mostly all snakes here, they favor their own kind, own buddies.
They are good at triggering people by undermining their achievements, just coz they own got the stick from their own managers.
