No time to blow smoke up their skirts this year because I get to do the work of multiple people arbitrarily laid off. I did not participate.
If you want the survey to get noticed you should either not take it or even more cynically take it but answer no questions. And make sure your peers know about this approach.
Oh, and in the appropriate forum ask your management to recite all the concrete things done in the wake of the last survey and ferret out whether those were truly a result of the survey.
I agree that employee surveys are worthless, but be aware of quoting an article from the tabloid "business insider."
I made a comment on this last survey that RTO was archaic bravo-sierra...and I spelled out BS...
