Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Is this true?

This round is called project ivy. Next round in July is called project kite. Will also have one in Sept and November

Is this accurate? Where in the world is this info coming from, if so? Am I missing something?

@1w8 if you are not able to upload the screenshot, can you list the dates of the layoffs?

@ad The person is wrong. It has been going in alphabetical order - next is project jade, then kite, then lake. I have a screenshot of the layoff schedule. It tells if you it includes the UK (everyone other one does not), date names must be in, when they are finalized and date of the RIF. Will try to figure out a way to post it

@wn wow and that happened 2 weeks ago. Looks like his wife had to sell off too. It didn't mention the trust fund accounts. Much like the tax exempt loophole I wonder how the trusts are handled? How long has he been head of SSA? Is there overlap? Again I still think there is influence as far as undisclosed shares. Watch for a major merger move before the end of the year.

@qy Why so angry? Quick question. Do you know how many shares of Fiserv he currently has? It a number significantly larger than Stephanie's frequent flyer miles. He didn't liquidate his shares.

@OP it's my "understanding" that since the former Fiserv CEO joined the DC administration his former company has a favored company status. A very large merger/acquisition is on the horizon (borderline monopoly that will leave FIS out in the cold) and many V Level fis individuals are going to be courted to join the new organization. The V level is aware of these RIF schedules to reduce overall expenses and increase cash flow to remain financially competitive and maintain stock value.
