Big corps don’t care about employees. Layoffs = stock bumps. Do your research before jumping ship as plenty of places are just as bad, just better at hiding it.

I agree that companies don't really care about employees but Fidelity does a better job hiding RIFs than publicly traded companies that have to report layoffs to shareholders.
Not all companies stock prices go up when they announce layoffs. Only economists and unskilled losers who didn't stock trade cares about that. Investors make money both up and down. Not just up. Id--t.
