You think its low now check it In 6 months. Time to get out was by April 1st when gatt rate was 1.94. It’s projected to go above 5 percent by next year.
Most all of genx missed the cutoff for anything but a tiny pension and missed subsidized retiree healthcare. When my pension pays out I might be able to buy a nice scooter.
Hey, at least you git one. Unlike us millenials and gen x & z er's. We don't even get a shot at 30 years or a fricken gold watch when we are forced out! Everyone says, yeah, but you got a 401K. My 401K is down 39%.

Do you like inflation? It will be low as long as rates are high. And before you freak out about politics there is inflation in every country worth living it.
