If eligible for retirement, first of all Ya Shoulda Taken The Package!

Secondly, you will get all the RSU to do with what you wish about a month after your involuntary retirement, or 'refirement' if you will.

The stock is at best a hold and although the bad is priced in, it will still follow the sector down. Like when the NVDA bubble is burst.

I trade the stock but AMD is more likely to make the shift from x86 to ARM when appropriate. I think Intel plans to ride x86 into the ditch.

Any unvested RSUs are taken away, unless you are eligible for one of the retirement goals like "Rule of 75"... Ask HR for details.
