It is the same behaviors, year after year. Can't blame the person in the role, the showcasing is part of the current market fluff of the moment. Doesn't matter what month, what year, what decade. The repeating story, regardless of the person.

  1. Oh look; new technology buzz.
  2. I am the chosen one to oversee.
  3. Look at me, I am important because I know all these others and we all are likewise important in this new buzz of technology fluff.
  4. Watch and listen as I tell of story after story of my masterful vision and charter of change agency, driving the success of our journey.

Next time you fly, make sure to take the ba-f bag with you and keep in your work backpack; just in case you get stuck on a rambling Webex call overviewing how the next wave of leaders are driving AI change.
