June 16 notice and 30 off payroll. Is it true that their severance is doubled if they sign a noncompete with T-Mobile and Verizon? How long are they bound to it? What makes them special? My source had no percent or flat number.

Does the severance offer include commission or is it only on base pay?
" I know managers (L2) who didn't crack $100k (base salary, on which severance is based) until 25 years."
I don't doubt there are "some", but they would be in the small minority for sure.
You’re only at 90k salary after 20 years?

This smacks of being completely made up, and this doesn’t help, from an “alleged” 20 year employee:
“ 45k is my severance offer. 20 years with company. Double is 90k.“
Huh?
20 years you would be eligible for 6 months salary per the severance plan. You’re only at 90k salary after 20 years?
T shows once again how d-mb she is. Non compete for lastnet is like paying a tv technician to not repair black and white tvs. stupid is what stupid was.
Can confirm in stx. It’s a one year non compete offer. Att/firstnet doesn’t want us to take customers that we worked hard to get and only on firstnet because of us to take them to Verizon/t-mobile first responder programs. I’ll take the money though. 45k is my severance offer. 20 years with company. Double is 90k.
Lost the first bet.
