Has the elephant in the room ever been addressed as to the cause of the constant churn, nonstop anxiety, nonstop dread, nonstop feeling that your work is meaningless, nonstop layoffs, RTO, being MD stepping back and giving more control of day to day to JC? Because thats exactly when all of this started IMO....
