The soul of this organization has been su-ked out. It was never great, but it was at least comforting enough for doing the sludge work of the industry. Is it beyond saving?
What exactly is the value proposition for staying? The inmates are running the asylum, the functioning adults have left long ago. Can we find a gd leader?
Look for a job as soon as possible!! Everyone here is looking to leave. Once people do leave, they will close out the reqs. Then you will be left with alot more work!!!
I have been here for 5 years and totally agree. Anything/anyone good is gone now or actively looking to leave. Literally everyone I chat with is looking. I am to, we all hope to be gone by the 4 day requirement.
Too many cast outs from other firms that haven’t accepted they are the sanitation workers of the industry here. They are playing house pretending they work in IB. It’s sad. No insult to sanitation workers, they are far more important than any job here
